Simple and Delicious!
This Breakfast will satisfy you and give you tons of sustained energy!
I happened to have beautiful Organica Exotica Honey Bee Farms Papaya and Organic Blueberries from The Healthy Hut right here in Kilauea to top mine off with! You can use whatever fresh fruit you have available in your neighborhood!
1 cup Chia Seeds
1 cup freshly ground Flax Seeds
2 cups unsweetened Coconut Milk
2 cups Water
1/4 cup vanilla Protein Powder (any kind you like, I use Shakeology)
1 cup gluten free oats
1 dash sea salt
1 tsp truvia
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions: In a sauce pan combine chia, flax, 1 cup coco milk and 2 cups water. Simmer for 10 mins on low. Add oats and last cup of coco milk, salt, truvia and cinnamon. refrigerate 1 hour at least (this is a large batch). For a healthy start to the day eat a 3/4 cup serving topped with 2 Tablespoons fresh fruit for a beautiful, energizing, protein rich, fat torching breakfast!
